ProturVillas was born from the wish to do few things, but do them well: selecting, caring for and opening the doors of a handful of homes we know by heart.
What we don't change, even if we could grow
We're not a portal with hundreds of listings. We're a small team that knows every one of its homes, every corner and every detail, and prefers to stay that way.
A small selection, on purpose
We currently manage four villas: Villa La Fuente, Villa Orient, Villa Hortella Nou and Finca Es Regalo II. Each chosen for its character, its location and its privacy, not for volume.
Private pool and exclusive use
In all four villas. No shared spaces, no other guests: the house is only for whoever books it.
Direct booking, no middlemen
You speak with us, not with a platform. That means clear terms and no added third-party commissions.

Over fifty years of family hospitality
ProturVillas is part of a Mallorcan family group with more than 50 years of business history, within which our sister hotel chain, Protur Hotels, was also born four decades ago.
Protur Hotels was founded in 1985 and today brings together 18 properties and around 12,000 beds, spread across Mallorca's east coast — Cala Bona, Cala Millor, Cala Rajada and Sa Coma — and in Palma, plus a presence in Roquetas de Mar (Almería) since 2011.
That same understanding of hospitality — careful, close and built for the long term — is what we now bring to a much smaller, more intimate format: four villas instead of eighteen hotels, but the same roots and the same way of doing things.
